Dettol - Garden Symphony

Reckkitt formerly known as Reckitt Benckiser commissioned a series of special edition household disinfectant products under the brand name Dettol. This consisted of six items which needed to have a more artistic approach to the artwork. Introducing 'Garden Symphony' special edition packs.

The artwork was supplied as singular vectors of each rose, petals, bird and leaves. I designed the layouts to accommodate the items and created a theme to run alongside the range. This was to keep the branding the same throughout, creating a special edition set.

I also considered colour and trapping, which in some areas was very small. The background gave me the trickiest challenge, creating a vignette effect that would replicate across different printing techniques. The shrink wrapped items were printed gravure whereas the labels followed a flexographic printing process. The spray-can was printed dry offset.
