A commissioned freelance project for Jax bathrooms, I was tasked with creating a perfect bound 84 page brochure highlighting their new bathroom collection for 2007. Having full access to the showroom I took all of the pictures, edited them in photoshop, often adding in backgrounds and creating bathroom scenes using multiple images using my imagination to create the scenes. The photographs were edited well before the advent of AI generated imagery.
I designed the brochure completely from scratch, offering suggestions and design input on product placement and flow to the brochure. Finally I organised the printing.
The majority of the brochure is printed on standard silk paper, but I also added a number of pages on a recycled substrate to create a different effect for pages that featured the top of the range bathroom collections. This gave the brochure a premium feel.
